FREE MS Office suite

Get Office 365 Pro Plus as a benefit for being a student/staff/faculty of the University

Office 365 Pro Plus is available for free to students, faculty and staff. POI and Sponsored Users are excluded from the program.

Install Office on up to 5 PCs or Macs and other mobile devices, including Windows tablets and iPad. Not currently available on Windows R\T or Android tablets.

These licenses are intended for personal devices ONLY.

Note:The Outlook for Mac client will not count against the 5 available licenses.

Forgot your Password?

Existing students:
Have you forgotten your password or do you need to change your password?

Go to https://passport.ucdenver.edu/oim

Forgotten Password:

  1. Click the blue "Forgot Password" link
  2. Enter your User Login (same that you use to get to the Access Portal)
  3. Click "Next" (along the right side of the page)
  4. Answer your challenge questions
  5. Click "Next" (along the right side of the page)
  6. Now set a new password and confirm that password
    NOTE the Password Policy that is listed
  7. Click "Save" (along the right side of the page)

Reset Password:

  1. Enter your User Login (same that you use to get to the Access Portal)
  2. Be sure you're on the "Welcome" tab
  3. Click "Change Password" (along the right side of the page)
  4. Type in your last-known-good password, new password and
    re-type new password
  5. Click "Apply" 

If you cannot remember your userID:
Go to https://myaccount.ucdenver.edu

  1. Enter your Personal Information and click the blue SUBMIT button
  2. The next screen will show you the user IDs to your University systems.

Campus Email is Official University Communication

Campus email is an official means of communication 
            between students and University Administration.  
            Email sent using online classes mechanism (Canvas) is
            limited to those enrolled in the class and their instructors.

Outlook Web App (OWA) is the officially supported 
            means of accessing
student email. It is more
            secure than forwarding, POP or IMAP
access.
Your web browser must be set to accept cookies
            and allow pop-ups when using Outlook Web App.
The password expires every 90 days, the system will
            send a notification. Change the password ASAP!

Office 365 web address = http://myemail.ucdenver.edu
Username = your username or complete email address
password -={you know this} expires every 90 days
